The first micro-CT workshop for BIOIMAGING-GR project was organised on 29 October 2019 and held in HCMR (Heraklion, Crete). The invited speakers presented their work which was relevant with tomographic data providing tips and tricks to the audience about the creation of a micro-CT dataset and the post-processing steps (e.g. 3D analysis, segmentation).
